Dark Matter, 2018

The series “Dark Matter” (2018) works with the paradox of visibility and omission. In dense layers of colour, fields emerge that read like cosmic nebulae: vibrating, restless, full of concealed movement. The dark here is not empty but charged, as if something invisible were holding the whole together. The image turns into the experience of a presence that cannot be grasped and is clearly felt all the same.
