Transformed Space, 2017

In “Transformed Space,” space is constructed rather than depicted. Colored-pencil lines trace contours like measured paths across fields, making forces, currents and thresholds legible. Cool blues and warm golds open zones of depth and pull, while the contour line turns into a structural framework. These spaces feel exact and dreamlike at once, like an architecture caught mid-transformation.
